The use of any and all personal information that you submit to Derroles the Dressmaker through this Web site is governed by the Derroles the Dressmaker Privacy Policy. Derroles the Dressmaker reserves the right to use personal information provided for purposes pertaining solely to the creation and sale of the merchandise sold by Derroles the Dressmaker. Information contained in mail/ email correspondences from Derroles the Dressmaker may include sales offers and events information. Derroles the Dressmaker will not sell, share or distribute your personal information to any outside person or business entities or vendors. At any time you have the right to (unsubscribe) be removed from any lists used for correspondence by Derroles the Dressmaker. No personal information will be used for any other reason than the sale, purchase, and delivery of merchandise sold by Derroles the Dressmaker.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Derroles the Dressmaker ships merchandise to most locations within the United States. All addresses are verified before shipment. If it is not possible to ship to the address provided an email will be sent requesting an alternate address. If the customer fails to provide a valid address in a timely fashion all purchases will be refunded. The risk of loss and title of all merchandise ordered on this Web site is passed to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier which is USPS. Upon shipment all packages are insured through USPS and a USPS tracking number will be provided. In case of loss, stolen or missing merchandise, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. Once shipped Derroles the Dressmaker holds no responsibility for packages lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued for lost, stolen or missing merchandise. For further insurance, special arrangements can be made directly through USPS for request of signature upon delivery using the tracking number provided.
SALES TAX
Derroles the Dressmaker charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Derroles the Dressmaker is a seller of one-of-a-kind custom wearable merchandise made to individual specifications that are provided by the customer. Accuracy cannot be guaranteed using measurements not performed by Derroles the Dressmaker. Due to this unique circumstance, no merchandise can be returned for a full refund. In the case of unsatisfactory merchandise, limited alterations can be made upon the discretion of the seller. A fee may be accessed for any alterations requested. This fee may vary and is determined by the level of complexity of the request. Requests for alteration can be submitted by email to info@derrolesthedressmaker.com. All requests for alteration must include detailed of requested alteration; front, back, left side, and right side photos of the customer wearing the garment; and proof of purchase information. Derroles the Dressmaker reverses the right to refuse any alteration request if determined unfeasible. Removal of stains or repair of damage due to mishandling, including rips or tears, are not considered feasible requests. If the request is found to be feasible, a confirming correspondence will be sent with an invoice and shipping information. Fees for alterations do not include the cost of shipping. Please include a copy of proof of purchase and return shipping in a container with the merchandise upon return. All original tags must be attached.
